Project/Grant Modification

Any changes to your original grant proposal must be discussed with your grant program manager before moving forward. If necessary, your grant program manager may require you to complete and submit a grant modification form for their approval. Reference the program guidelines and contact the Program Manager for details on how to submit a project modification.
